Ronnie Shaban, Director at Besen & Associates, has been retained as the exclusive agent to market the Bradley Hotel located at 383 South Center Street, Windsor Locks, CT 06096. The asking price is $16,000,000.
The Bradley Hotel is a 2-story, gut renovated hotel with 164 guest rooms located one mile from Bradley International Airport, and approximately 13 miles from West Hartford, CT and 17 miles from Springfield, MA as well as numerous tourist attractions and major businesses. Bradley Hotel features Windsor Lounge, three banquet spaces totaling 6,800 square feet, another lobby restaurant and an indoor pool.
